If you look at one of the headers closely, you'll see that the pins are wider than they are thick. That fact will come into play when we try to mount them.

The kit only uses 8, but I'd rather give you too many than too few. Besides, everybody likes header.
8P8C (8-Pin, 8-Connector) Jacks
Ethernet jacks. Sometimes also known as RJ45 jacks, though technically RJ45 is a totally different wiring format.
